Mbulelo Sochifa is an Information Technology Service governance and compliance professional. She is a qualified COBIT 5 professional and an ITIL expert who is passionate about service delivery, process optimisation and stakeholder management.

Mbulelo has 14 years IT Service Management (ITSM) experience, most of which have been in senior managerial positions, spanning a myriad of industry verticals.

She is passionate about women empowerment initiatives in the Information and communications technology (ICT) industry. Her zeal for women empowerment has seen her being invited to chair the 2017 Women in ICT Leadership Summit where keynote speakers for the summit included CIO’s from different organizations sharing and teaching on how to overcome stereotypes and excel in the male-dominated ICT industry.

Mbulelo has completed a Computer Systems Engineering Diploma and is also focused on obtaining the latest industry specific framework certifications like ITIL and COBIT in order to stay relevant and keep up with the rapidly evolving technology landscape. She is also pursuing an MBA as part of her journey to transition from operational to strategic roles.
